The Collective is not a meal delivery service.

It's my ongoing food residency.

Each week I create a menu inspired by seasonality, local agriculture, hospitality, and whatever is capturing my attention in the kitchen.

Order when you like. Skip when you want. Circle back whenever.

No subscriptions.

No commitments.

Just thoughtful food, made with care.

What Makes It Different

My food is naturally free of gluten, grain, refined-sugar.

Not because I believe everyone should eat that way, but because I've found it creates meals that are deeply satisfying, interesting/off-beat, nourishing, and accessible to many different bodies.

The focus is never restriction.

The focus is always pleasure and wholeness.

Thoughtfully sourced ingredients and deeply satisfying meals designed to support real life.

Food for Every Body

My cooking is rooted in whole foods, seasonal ingredients, and traditional culinary practices that naturally support health and wellbeing.

Over the years I've also completed extensive training in therapeutic and medically supportive diets, allowing me to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs and health concerns.

Whether you're navigating autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, food sensitivities, postpartum recovery, cancer support, or simply looking to feel your best, I can create menus that are both deeply nourishing and deeply satisfying.

The goal is never restriction.

The goal is delicious food that works for the people around the table.
